Mr. Aggarwal, an industrial-minded man in his thirties, has realized his dreams by operating one of the biggest tobacco companies in the country. Showcasing his proficiency since the advent of his rendezvous as a Vice President – (Mfg.) of Godfrey Phillips India Limited (GPIL), he has accomplished many milestones while meeting systematic manufacturing standards.

Initiating his industrial career with BILT in Operations, followed by Honeywell International (India) Pvt. Ltd. and soft drink major Coca Cola (India) Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Aggarwal formed a junction with Godfrey Phillips India Limited. GPIL is a multinational company engaged in a business of manufacturing leading brand Cigarettes, Tea, Candy and Chewing Tobacco with a turn over of more than Rs.1500 Crores. Crowned with major contributions in the field of Automation, Energy Conservation, Shop Floor working systems (such as 5’S’, TQM, Kaizen, Judgment Standards, Preventive Maintenance, Small Group Activities, Benchmarking etc.), he, as a team builder, believes in a collective work environment.

Recognizing mistakes as part of life, he more readily encourages his team members by empowering them with responsibilities. An individual’s dedication to team effort is what makes the company grow confidently. He, thus, likes working in a team and makes sure that his people also enjoy the same. He feels that he is a self-made man and asserts that success or failure, you are solely responsible for whatever you do in life.

His domination in basic and professional education has made him earn degrees like B.E. – Electronics and PGDBM with a Gold Medal. His admirable academic performance led him to pursue B.E. - Electronics from REC Nagpur. There followed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with Gold Medal from IMT, Ghaziabad.
